Kat first came to our attention as a quirky girl with a dark sense of humor in the comedy: Two Broke Girls starring alongside Beth Behrs. She plays Max Black a waitress at a diner who, with the help of her friend Caroline opens up a cupcake business. This though was only a lead up to many years in the indie film industry and other roles on the small screen.
Kat also had a minor role in Sex and The City acting as a rich Jewish girl who is having her Bar Mitzvah organized by the title character, Carrie Bradshaw. She also appeared on the medical drama ER but first came to our attention in Nick and Norah’s infinite playlist.

1. She Was Home-Schooled
Kat Dennings has revealed that her parents decided to homeschool her as opposed to enrolling her in a traditional school because they realized that she was a very unique child. Due to this fact, Kat finished high school long before her peers. She admits that she would not have lasted in a traditional school anyways.
2. She Is Not A Drinker
Unlike most celebs, Kat does not like to go out and also does not drink or use any substances which is huge for any Hollywood actress, in a space where substance use is the norm. In a past interview Kat revealed that she did not need to use anything to express herself as she is crazy enough already.
